6 year old put in special needs class for sexual assault
My 6 yr old daughter was put in a special needs therapy group and told repeatedly by teachers that a four month campaign of sexist bullying, including a sexual assault, wasn't really happening to her and that her school was a happy school.
When I petitioned the governors the school sought legal advise for getting me banned from school premises for 'harrassing' parents and when I filed a formal complaint the headmaster refused to sit in the same room as me and the school governor's stated that they found in the school's favour as they found no proof my daughter had been assaulted at all, despite the school having sent at least four letters home in the month previous stating my daughter had been 'accidentally punched several times' by one boy alone.
