Thank you so much for the thoughtful review of the BBC programme The Unspeakable Crime : rape. I had viewed the program and thought to seek out others opinions and so searched under review the unspeakable crime rape and there was so little out there it felt perhaps no one cared. So anyway I opened the first review that appeared in the search engine , and linked to the digital journal which I had not heard of before. I ask that someone from your campaigne could take a look as I found it beyond distasteful in it tone and content and the research sited in the atricle just isn’t recognised as credible and it is the most sickening and poorly disguised attempt of media victim blaming I have read. It makes me terrified and angry. I need to share that.
Thanks for being here
We’ve seen the appalling Digital Journal review – awful. On our recent submissions page, there are some comments about it.
It was a dreadful piece, but we believe the ‘journalist’ responsible has another agenda, one of our twitter followers confirmed that he has written this sort of victim blaming / rape apology nonsense previously.
Thank you for finding us!
